If we were to list the best mini keyboards with wireless connectivity, then the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed would be sitting at the very top.ĭespite its size, this new release from Razer more than punches above its weight, touting an incredibly robust build, vibrant RGB lighting, and satisfying tactile feedback. There are quite a few impressive mini keyboards that recently hit the shelves, but only a handful deliver wireless connectivity and fewer still do so impressively. You can have your computer in one room and be typing in another, and you won’t notice the difference between these and a wired connection. What’s even more impressive is that both Bluetooth and USB wireless connectivities are equally reliable in range and responsiveness. That’s not all it also lets you pair up to three devices via Bluetooth, which means it can connect to up to five devices at the same time - a major boon to multitaskers. Breaking its wireless feature and performance down, however, there are three modes of connection here: Razer HyperSpeed wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C cable (if you’re in the mood to be old school). In other words, there’s much to love here to justify that admittedly higher price tag. Where do we even begin? The Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro comes with all the premium trimmings, from its build and impressive switches down to its multiple connectivity options, low latency connection, and deliciously plush wrist rest. It even has dedicated buttons for dictation, emojis, and mute/unmute microphone.By premium, we don’t just mean its price. It can be had in your choice of four colors - black, graphite, pale gray, and rose. MX Keys Mini can pair up to three devices using either Bluetooth or the included secure "Bolt" USB dongle, and it is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, iPadOS, Android, Chrome OS, and other Linux distributions too, such as Ubuntu and Fedora. With the lights on, you can expect up to 10 days of usage. The backlit keyboard can fast-charge using USB-C, and Logitech promises up to 5-months of battery life with backlighting off. Called "MX Keys Mini," it is notable for more than just being compact. Today, Logitech unveils a slim wireless keyboard without a number pad. While that doesn't sound so bad, it is an annoyance since it takes up valuable desk space - especially with more and more people working from home these days. Quite frankly, since you can buy a dedicated number keypad if you truly need it, why burden everyone with them just to please a small group of people? As a result, many keyboards are longer than they need to be. Don't get me wrong, I am sure some older folks use them out of habit, but I - and many other consumers - never do.
